Instructions for formatting your film as an .mp4 file can be found below and in the Details Page:
File naming: Please use the following file naming convention to make organization and judging easier. Name your file like this:Â 2026UCSC48_FilmName_TeamName
Export settings: Your film must use MP4 with H264 or H265 codec, 1080p, 16:9 aspect ratio. Please use side pillars or letterboxing to maintain the 16:9 aspect ratio, if your film is created in another format (4:3, etc.)
Films should be 4 minutes or less!
The Deadline to submit your film will be April 26th at 5:00 PM, afterwards no more submissions will be accepted. Be sure to incorporate upload time into your schedule as submissions may not be counted if they pass the deadline time in the process of uploading.
Upload using the Google form below, following the instructions on the form. Files will be uploaded to a secure, private, drive where the judges can deliberate over each film.
